Job Description

The Corporate Communication Department of Accor is looking for a new intern to assist the Digital Communications team in creating strategic 360° editorial and audiovisual content for both internal and external channels.

The intern will be involved in supporting a variety of projects (articles, agency briefs, videos, interviews, podcasts, website content updates, KPIs, etc.). They will assist with content production and contribute to the following tasks:

  • Contributing to the drafting of editorial and creative briefs for external agencies
  • Assisting in the ideation and production of content (articles, videos, motion design, podcasts, etc.)
  • Tracking production and post-production timelines
  • Coordinating projects and managing approval processes with various stakeholders
  • Uploading articles and other content (text, images, videos) to the back office of the corporate website, accor.com and the global intranet
  • Supporting the creation, formatting, and distribution of the monthly newsletter
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting KPIs (website, newsletter, intranet and audiovisual content)
  • Contributing to editorial strategy and calendar planning

The intern will learn and develop during the internship:

  • Content creation across multiple formats and platforms
  • Global project management in collaboration with various departments in an international environment, including performance monitoring and KPI reporting
  • Strategic thinking and communication planning
  • Multichannel communication and storytelling
  • Mastery of tools such as Asana, Tableau, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and website CMS
  • Project management, time and priority management, attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, proactiveness, and autonomy

Expected Length:  6 months 

Start date: September 2025 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's diploma in Communication or Marketing
  • Bilingual English and French (written and spoken).
  • A strong interest in writing, design, and web content creation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Be Creative, proactive, autonomous, and curious.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A first experience in Communication or Digital will be a plus.
  • Be interested in the travel and hospitality industry and in digital.
  • Interested in learning project management skills.

This role is on-site and based in Issy les Moulineaux, France.
