Team
Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. It is split into several areas of expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketing. Reporting to the Influencer Content Manager, this role will interact closely with two existing Influencer Associates. In this dynamic environment, operational excellence and creativity are paramount to staying ahead of the market.
Role
As a TikTok Creator Intern (Japan Market), you will be responsible for ideating and producing engaging, TikTok-native content specifically tailored for Japanese audiences. Based in Paris, you will collaborate closely with the influencer content team to help localize global concepts, integrate cultural authenticity, and develop formats that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial users in Japan.
Responsibilities:
Create original TikTok content that authentically represents our apps for the Japanese market.
Edit video content to align with Voodoo’s branding and quality standards using tools like CapCut or After Effects.
Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and bring them to life.
Stay current with TikTok trends, audio, memes, and creator formats popular in Japan to keep content timely and relevant.
Monitor and analyze content performance, applying learnings to refine future output.Propose new and disruptive content briefs that align with audience interests and app strategy.
Profile
Native-level Japanese speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
Currently based in Paris with valid working rights for the duration of the internship.
Experience creating content on TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
Comfortable appearing on camera and acting in user-generated content formats.
Deep understanding of Japanese social trends, TikTok culture, and consumer preferences.
Skilled in basic video editing with tools such as CapCut, After Effects, or similar.
Strong initiative, creative mindset, and ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
Bonus: Familiarity with mobile apps, digital marketing, or paid user acquisition strategies.
Bonus: Fluency in French is a plus.
