Organization & Team Overview
FreeWheel, a Comcast company, provides comprehensive ad platforms for publishers, advertisers, and media buyers. Powered by premium video content, robust data, and advanced technology, we’re making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact across all screens, data types, and sales channels. As a global company, we have offices in nine countries and can insert advertisements around the world.
Role Description
This role will be working on the FreeWheel Demand Side Platform (DSP) component of the FreeWheel/Comcast product suite. The DSPs driving vision is to build great advertising software for media buyers. We created the Bidder-as-a-Service™ concept because we believe that every buyer should have total control, flexibility, and transparency when buying advertising programmatically.
We are looking for a Product Management intern to help us hone our product strategy and roadmap for multiple services on the DSP. Working alongside the best-in-class engineering team and customer services team, you will take advantage of the unique data capabilities of the DSP and will create industry-leading technologies to shape the future of ad tech.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work closely with engineering, data science, product marketing, legal, and finance teams to help drive product development
Provide data-driven insights to help drive product decisions
Write and manage documentation such as PRD (product requirement documents), business cases, wireframes, etc.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
General business acumen, SQL, good communicator (written and verbal), detailed oriented, curious about ad-tech and willing to learn
Preferred Majors: Masters of Business Administration, Information Systems, Data science, Computer science, Mathematics
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a relevant field at a U.S.-based college or university, with a strong academic record.
- Rising second year Master’s or PhD student preferred (graduating Winter 2026–Spring 2028).
- Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
- Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program starting June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
- Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $55.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
