Le Groupe de recherche en santé et droit de McGill vous invite à postuler à des postes de stagiaires de recherche rémunérés au CHU Sainte-Justine (CSJ) et au CIUSSS Centre-Ouest de l’île, financés par une bourse du FRQSC.

CSJ

Deux postes sont disponibles au CSJ. Le premier est dans le domaine du droit de la santé et de la protection des renseignements personnels. Le deuxième est dans le domaine du droit des contrats, de l’approvisionnement et de la gouvernance (droit public en matière d’approvisionnements, des lois gouvernant Santé Québec et applications du Code civil du Québec en matière de contrats divers).

Le premier stage sera effectué sous la supervision de Me Fedor Jila, et le second sous la supervision de Me Guillaume Desmarais et Me Marie-Ève Belley. Cependant, le travail sera effectué en collaboration avec toute l’équipe des avocat.e.s du CSJ.

The McGill Research Group on Health and Law is inviting applications for FRQSC-funded research internships at CHU Sainte-Justine (CSJ) and at the CIUSSS Centre-Ouest de l’île.

There are two positions available at the CSJ. One is in the field of health and privacy law, and the second is in the field of contract law, procurement, and governance (public procurement law, laws governing Santé Québec, and applications of the Civil Code of Québec in relation to miscellaneous contracts).

The first internship is to be completed under the supervision of Me Fedor Jila, and the second under the supervision of Me Guillaume Desmarais and Me Marie-Ève Belley. However, the work will be carried out in collaboration with the entire team of lawyers at the center.
