Encore’s continued success and growth has created a need for a Fire Sprinkler Apprentice working out of our Baltimore, MD office.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings
• Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly
• Must have the ability to work alone and in team setting.
• A strong work ethic and professional appearance

What You'll Need to Do it:

Whether you have been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, we encourage you to apply if you have the 'can-do' attitude to get things done and take pride in your work. 

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements.

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces).

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Hourly pay commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected salary range between $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
