With nearly 38,000 talented people operating in more than 80 countries, we thrive on a culture built on safety, integrity, and teamwork. At KBR, we empower our people to solve the world’s toughest challenges and create lasting value for communities and the planet. We don’t just deliver results, we deliver game-changing solutions, innovative technology, deep domain expertise, and cutting-edge technologies.

KBR is offering an exciting opportunity for current college students interested in a career in Corporate Information Technology or Software Development. We are seeking rising juniors and seniors who are passionate about IT Security, Engineering Systems, Desktop Support, IT Warehouse, the Global Service Desk, or Software Development.

Our 12-week internship program offers two paths: IT interns participate in a rotational experience across multiple functions, while Software Development interns focus exclusively on projects in their discipline. In both tracks, you will gain hands-on experience, build technical skills, and see what day-to-day life is like in a corporate technology environment. If you’re ready to explore these areas and connect with industry professionals, apply below and meet our recruiting team at the Fall 2025 Career Fair.

  • Support established processes and contribute to system design, documentation, and project deliverables
