About our Team:

The Business Services division operates globally, with our team specifically focusing on the US region. Our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) comprises subject matter experts in project and process management for the organization, ensuring the successful execution of strategically aligned objectives and prioritized customer needs in the insurance and healthcare sectors.

About the Role:

As a Project Management Intern, you will support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and teamwork. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real projects, process improvement, and portfolio management, contributing to both business transformation and market-aligned efforts.

Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Program Dates: May 18 – July 24, 2026
Eligibility: Undergraduate students expected to graduate by May 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and improving documentation.

  • Track performance metrics and support reporting requirements.

  • Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across departments to streamline operations.

  • Assist with project management tool selection, implementation, and rollout planning.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related field of study with a graduation date of May 2027.

  • Possess an interest or experience in project analysis, coordination, or PMO support.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, specifically Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

  • Display attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools.

  • Be comfortable and familiar with documentation, creating presentations, and coordinating meetings.

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Showcase a collaborative mindset and an enthusiasm for project management with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
