Sales Coordinator and Business Administration Intern

Job Description

This placement is based in the Sales and Project Management department of the Vehicle Motion Division. The successful applicant will work closely with the sales, commercial and project teams, support team members in their tasks and taking responsibility for key processes enabling the business. Liaison with our customers and Bosch engineering and manufacturing facilities throughout the world will provide you a unique insight into the operations of global automotive business.

• Event Coordination: Preparation of internal and external meetings, events, locations and presentations.
• Travel administration of flights, hotels, courtesy cars, travel arrangements and liaising with providers.
• Compliance training & IT Audit coordination
• Team equipment / asset management procurement
• Internal Procurement: completing goods receipting and invoice validation.
• Support the Sales team with projects and coordination activities
• Continuous liaison with Bosch internal departments and the customer teams
• Maintenance and control of Project Management and customer documentation
• Onboarding support
