Social Media Assistant Intern

Job Description

• Assistance with the daily implementation of the community schedule on our social media accounts dedicated to Ubisoft and games in France: organizing the calendar and scheduling local publications provided by global teams.     
• Curation and creation of original content to feed the community schedule: text, images (using Photoshop) and/or videos (using Premiere and Capcut). This includes creating TikToks for the UbisoftFR account.     
• Writing texts to accompany publications and translating English texts provided by the global team for the French market.     
• Participation in the implementation of social media strategies on our networks for our various franchises, particularly on important pulse points for our games or social networks: participation in the development of a communication plan or digital activation, contests, creation of new formats adapted to the new requirements of social media platforms, etc.    
• Participation in strategy development and community engagement during physical and digital events (eSports competitions, Ubisoft Forward-type conferences, game release activations, etc.): participation in upstream planning, content capture (photos and videos) in the field, participation in live tweets, etc.      
•  Production of monthly and/or bi-monthly reports on Facebook and TikTok: quantitative and qualitative analysis of our performance on these platforms for all Ubisoft accounts.    
• Constant monitoring of new tools and consumer habits on social media and in the entertainment sector as a whole, to be shared with our teams.    
• Monitoring trends on TikTok. 

Qualifications

• You are a student in higher education specializing in Business or Communication, and you want to put your knowledge of digital marketing into practice, particularly in the field of social media.   
• You are creative and curious, you are proficient in Photoshop, and you want to develop your community management skills by creating posts for our players. Proficiency in video creation tools such as Premiere and Capcut is a plus.    
• You are rigorous, independent, and organized, and have good writing skills.   
• You have a good understanding of the video game world and a genuine interest in this market.   
• You are able to speak English on a daily basis with our counterparts in other countries and are comfortable translating from English to French.   
• You are a regular user of social media (TikTok is a plus). Previous experience in social media communication is appreciated.
