What You Will Do
- Analyze and track the C&T project portfolio to ensure project health by working with teams to address gaps.
- Develop Monday.com onboarding and training materials (videos, quick reference guides, documentation, etc.) to support end-user adoption.
- Support execution of organizational change management (OCM) training and learning materials (videos, quick guides, playbooks) to drive adoption across teams.
- Support the migration of CI trac projects into Monday.com and update related support documentation.
- Update and maintain support materials and PMO information on SharePoint.
- Review & update content from all functions to ensure we have a robust “Planning Phase” review as we kick off new product/process launches.
- Review key Launch Documents and support Lessons Learned development
- Learn and collaborate with multiple departments and functions across Clario
How You Will Do It
- Partner with multiple launch functions (PE, ME, Procurement, Ops, etc.) to review/update templates, forms, and portfolio health metrics.
- Work directly with PMO groups (Launch, SMO, VAVE etc) and cross-functional leaders to develop training content, including video recordings and quick-reference support materials.
- Support OCM efforts by creating adoption-focused guides, FAQs, and communication content.
- Assist with CI trac migration into Monday.com by validating data, organizing boards, and refreshing support materials.
- Maintain up-to-date SharePoint sites as the single source of truth for PMO content and resources.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
