Job Description

We encourage candidates to apply to no more than three internship opportunities within a 90-day period. Our recruiting team will review your application and ensure you are considered for the opportunities that best align with your skills and interests.

This role will be the integrator across strategy, media, and go‑to‑market for our consumer businesses (including Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book). Working under supervision of Sr. Director, this role will support translating business goals into integrated, full‑funnel plans; partner closely with Product, Creative, Media, Analytics, and MarTech to gain a full view of end-to-end consumer marketing campaigns.  You’ll help ensure our media investments deliver both near‑term and long‑term brand impact by combining analytics prowess, insight‑driven storytelling, and a “test & learn” approach to innovation across emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in development of short‑ and long‑term consumer marketing strategies aligned to business objectives; define KPIs and monitor progress.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market, competitive, and customer insight; translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Assist in finding opportunities to further lean into AI for more impactful marketing plans, creative or analytics.
  • Partner with Consumer Media to build full‑funnel plans (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention) that support brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, and Consumer Insights teams to inform plans grounded in consumer needs.
  • Work with our team across Media, Creative, MarTech, Product, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Help build a pipeline of disruptive ideas and “test & learn” pilots; stay ahead of industry and competitive trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge formulating marketing strategy, product marketing, or integrated media planning.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to leadership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization, strong prioritization and project management.
  • Experience working with or at external media or creative agencies is a plus.
  • Track record of thought leadership and innovation in media, creative or marketing analytics
