As a GE Appliances Financial Development Program Intern, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be driving impact. Over the course of 10 to 12 weeks, you’ll take on a project-oriented assignment that puts you at the heart of real business challenges. You’ll gain hands-on experience in finance, contribute to strategic initiatives, and see firsthand how finance shapes key business outcomes.

Along the way, you’ll sharpen your project management, business acumen, and communication skills, while building relationships with leaders and peers who will support your growth. Professional Productivity:Maintains a consistent track record of productivity and contribution, capable of delivering results while working independently under moderate supervision.
Continuous Learning and Development:Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, actively seeking opportunities to expand skills and knowledge relevant to the assignment.

Educational and Experiential Background:

Must be full-time rising Senior(December 2026 or May 2027 graduation date)currently enrolled in 4 year-college or university program pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
Must hold and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
Prior internship experience preferred.

Notes:

This is a full-time Internship, beginning in May ending in August.
Internship is carried out at GE Appliances Park, located in Louisville, KY.
