This internship provides hands-on experience across key facets of TME, including developing technical specifications, validating customer requirements, assisting in issue resolution, and supporting technical marketing activities for product development teams. Responsibilities:
During your internship, you will get broad exposure to areas like:

• Technical Documentation & Communication: Collaborate on developing and refining technical specifications, datasheets, and presentations to effectively communicate engineering and marketing strategies internally and with customers.
• Customer Support & Validation: Gain experience in validating customer use cases, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring alignment with field sales and engineering organizations.
• Technical Marketing Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and customer requirements, ensuring Solidigm’s products meet and exceed expectations.
• Product Development Collaboration: Contribute insights to product development teams by representing customer feedback and marketing priorities.
• This role requires you to use a strong technical foundation to solve problems, communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and drive alignment between customer needs and innovative product offerings.

Qualifications

We’re looking for enthusiastic students with an eagerness to learn and a passion for technical communication. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Educational Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Candidates must have completed at least 5 semesters of an 8-semester undergraduate program.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering concepts with the ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Teamwork & Communication: Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments, manage requests, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to technical marketing, software/firmware architecture, or hardware engineering concepts.
• An eye for detail in documentation and customer-centric problem-solving.
