Job Description:

Government Compliance Property Specialists are responsible for maintaining an approved property control system in compliance with current government property regulations Federal Acquisition Requirement (FAR). Coordinate and manage property control activities to ensure accountability and traceability of Government, contractor acquired, and/or customer furnished property in accordance with applicable government regulations and corporate policy.

Essential Functions:

Property Management:

• Oversee the asset management processes to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other relevant standards.
• Ensure all records of company and customer property, including government-owned assets, are accurately maintained.
• Support internal and external audits related to property management, ensuring all documentation is prepared and compliant.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Operate in compliance with L3Harris standards and federal regulations regarding property and asset management systems.
• Conduct periodic inventories and audits of tools, equipment, and other assets.
• Utilize property management programs and policies to meet internal and external requirements.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
