The Power and Controls Product Integrity engineering intern will be supporting product cybersecurity activities, process improvement activities and compliance to the quality management system across Power and Controls.  This will include participation in the development of product cybersecurity software, product security review boards, the support of product security investigations in airborne products and participation in engineering process development activities while working closely with the product development teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Participation in the Power & Controls Product Security Board

  • Support development and implementation of embedded product cybersecurity software fucntions

  • Help develop Product Security capabilities throughout the organization

  • Develop processes to meet internal and industry requirements

  • Support programs

  • Security investigations

  • Action plan closure

  • Cybersecurity process execution

  • Monthly reporting and presentations

  • Application of the Product Security process

  • Application of process improvement activities

What You Will Learn:

  • Develop an understanding of product cybersecurity risks and mitigations in aerospace

  • Application of security requirements to aerospace products

  • Understanding of engineering development for aerospace

Qualification You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. 

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract ​

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
