QHSE Intern

This internship/apprenticeship will allow you to develop both technical and interpersonal skills while discovering the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) challenges specific to the telecommunications industry. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and benefit from a stimulating and supportive work environment.

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Engineering or equivalent) in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management; Occupational Risk Management or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) and able to use other software as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Support in the prevention efforts for our infrastructures, both internally & externally
• Project creation and progress tracking in collaboration with H&S Coordinators
• Assist in modeling all safety documents (updating the DUER, etc.)
• Improve of quality of the processes
• Help to create presentation materials, Safety-Environment Flash updates, and activity newsletters
• Monitor HSE regulatory developments
• Assist in the management of accidents/incidents/emergencies/events/crises/acts of vandalism
• Support the management of the Environmental Management System (EMS), prepare and participate in internal and external audits, and follow up on the action plans
• Assist in updating the environmental analysis and defining significant environmental aspects
• Other tasks may be assigned depending on internal opportunities
