To successfully address sustainability, Lenovo collaborates with its entire value chain and in the International Sales organization we are now focusing on our downstream ecosystem that includes channel partners, system integrators as well as customers. The Lenovo 360 Circle, our Channel Sustainability Community, is the foundation of the efforts we are aiming to drive to accelerate our respective journey and ultimately decarbonization is a priority. Lenovo’s strategy focuses on enhancing ESG progresses, promoting corporate citizenship and accelerating the transition to more sustainable business models.
Our team is looking for a motivated Apprentice to help managing member journey in the Lenovo 360 Circle and responding to customer ESG-related requests. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards and practices.
As part of our team, your key responsibilities will be the following:
Member Journey Management
Manage the registration process for new Lenovo 360 Circle Members (review registrations, request clarifications, collect and store information, validate level of membership, trigger onboarding)
Impulse onboarding process for new members / improve onboarding material and process
Coordinate updates of members contact information and participation and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Customers’ ESG-related requests
Support the team and sellers to respond to internal/customers inquiries related to sustainability and ESG documentation or reporting in France and French speaking countries.
Gather and prepare ESG-related data and reports for customers.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline registration and onboarding workflows.
Contribute to the development of templates and guides for documentation management and sales engagement.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth member engagement and customer satisfaction.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
You’ll be a good match if you:
- Are pursuing studies in sustainability (e.g., Master in ESG/Sustainability) and looking for a part-time apprenticeship in sustainability
- Had first successful internships experiences, particularly in sustainability or sales
- Have personally engaged in sustainability/social projects
- Are self-driven, autonomous (remote team), organized and detail-oriented, creative and adaptable
- Have strong analytics and process thinking skills
- Language: fluent in English and in French – other languages are a plus.
