MINI Plant Oxford - HR Services - 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
What awaits you?
- HR Services UK provides a service across 9 BMW entities within UK & Ireland.
- As the HR Services UK intern, you will hold responsibility for supporting our three work streams: Employee Centre, Payroll & Benefits and Global Assignments.
- You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service across a wide range of generalised HR administration tasks (SAP workflows, document management and creation, maintaining HR portals and work instructions) in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- You will use SAP workflows to process job related changes and generate contracts/letters creation within our online system.
- You will be expected to work effectively with other colleagues both within the team and the wider HR community.
- You will have the opportunity to support team social engagements and organise quarterly workshops for our team.
- There will be opportunities to collaborate with the wider HR interns for topics across multiple HR departments.
What should you bring along?
- Undertaking HR or Business Management related subject or equivalent working towards a 2:2.
- Attention to details, precision oriented.
- IT literate as a user.
- Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach.
- There may be a requirement to travel to other UK sites, so a driving license is preferred.

What do you need to do now?

To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
