Inside the Role

Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA’s core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

This intern position will support and analyze supply chain operations by collecting and analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and assisting in process improvements. Key responsibilities include creating reports and dashboards, collaborating with teams like procurement and logistics, and helping with tasks such as inventory management, data cleansing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). The role aims to provide hands-on experience and develop analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $29 per hour.

What You Drive at DTNA
  • Data analysis and reporting: Collect, cleanse, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and support decision-making. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize findings.
  • Process improvement: Assist in identifying inefficiencies in the supply chain and contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and processes.
  • Inventory management: Support inventory control by tracking levels, auditing exceptions, and analyzing data to optimize inventory.
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams, including logistics, procurement, production, and suppliers, to understand needs and coordinate activities.
  • Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June) 
  • Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A meticulous approach to data management and analysis
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
