About this Opportunity
Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.
The Healthcare Sales Operations team partners closely with our Healthcare Sales organization to remove friction, optimize tools and processes, and turn insights into action so that every sales associate can sell smarter and deliver greater value to our customers. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support initiatives that drive process efficiency, data accuracy, and continuous improvement. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, collaborate across multiple teams, and contribute to projects that directly impact sales performance and customer value.
What You’ll Do
Review and update Salesforce data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and ongoing management.
Support team initiatives around sales process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on sales tools, workflows, and reporting.
Collaborate with Sales Associates, Sales Leaders, and cross-functional partners including IT, Finance, CRM, and Marketing.
Your Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related area.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; exposure to Salesforce is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
