What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – AI Incubation Program Management
Location: Newtown Square, Pennsylvania
Expected start date: October 2025 for a 6 month internship (possibility to extend to 12 months)
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Program Management Intern to help run and improve the way our team works. You’ll gain hands-on experience with agile practices, portfolio tracking, knowledge management, and internal communications, seeing how AI ideas move from intake to pilots and scaled value.
Responsibilitie
· Support the team’s agile rhythm (stand-ups, backlog tracking, sprint summaries) and Jira hygiene.
· Help build and maintain the AI Incubation Playbook (workflows, tool guides, best practices, lessons learned).
· Organize and update our internal web presence
· Assist with use case roadmap visuals, progress updates, and simple capacity/decision logs.
· Contribute to internal communications (newsletters, enablement kits, presentation materials).
· Support knowledge sharing by capturing templates, checklists, and examples from in-flight projects and the AI Hackathon.
· Assist in creating a value dashboard with adoption/speed/impact metrics.
· Assist with the creation of our AI Strategy White Paper
What You’ll Learn;
· How enterprises evaluate, prioritize, and scale AI use cases.
· Agile delivery and program operations in a global tech environment.
· Collaboration tools (Jira, SharePoint, Mural, GitHub, Teams) and light analytics/reporting.
· Translating innovation into adoption and business value.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
· Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
· Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, strong written and verbal communication.
· Curious about AI, product/ program operations, and change adoption.
· Comfortable with collaboration tools; experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, & GitHub is a plus

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 -62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
