  • Must be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, or a related field of study with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.  
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) GPA.
  • Junior or Senior classification preferred.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.  
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.  
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.  
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.  
  • Previous internships are considered a plus.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating policies, standards, and procedures related to Business Continuity, Technology Recovery, and Third-Party Resilience.
  • Help track and document audit findings and remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their resilience needs.
  • Contribute to the development of basic resilience requirements to help safeguard the company from potential disruptions.
  • Support the documentation and reporting of policy discrepancies and change requests.
  • Participate in initiatives that promote awareness and adherence to Enterprise Resilience practices across the organization.
  • Help communicate the importance of resilience as a business priority.
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic resilience-related questions and support requests.
  • Assist in translating business needs into actionable resilience tasks and projects.
  • Work with project teams to ensure resilience considerations are included in planning and resource management.
