DRAM Product Engineer Intern

Activity aimed at master thesis work and support for DRAM burn-in product engineering team.

Together with a team of experienced PE focused on Mass Production activities (see below) the Intern will:

• Identify the yield improvement goals based on maturity of the products
• Define the necessary DOE (Design of Experiments) targeted to identify areas of improvement in terms of Burn Heater Map and related code size implementation constraints
• Execute the DOE on same equipment as used in production
• Elaborate the data to define the proper parameters and configuration of Burn Heater
• Confirm the correctness of the analysis by performing Buy Offs on small productive volume
