Your Challenge

  • Quality Management Support
    • Assist in monitoring and documenting compliance with quality standards.
    • Support audits, data collection, and corrective action tracking.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
  • Supply Chain Support
    • Help track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
    • Collect and analyze data for supplier scorecards and risk assessments.
    • Support documentation and reporting for procurement and logistics activities.
  • Project Management Support
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
    • Prepare project dashboards, status updates, and meeting notes.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on action items.
  • General Administrative & Analytical Support
    • Develop presentations, reports, and visuals for leadership updates.
    • Maintain project and process documentation.
    • Conduct research to benchmark best practices and support decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
