Meet the Team 

Supply chain sustainability has never been more critical to our organization. As a Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst, you'll play a key role in connecting sustainability initiatives to business objectives, helping strengthen our market position and environmental leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, procurement, product, and sustainability—driving efficiency and responsible sourcing across the business. You will contribute to the definition, planning, management, and delivery of various sustainability-focused projects.

Your Impact 
  • Implement sustainability and supply chain analysis methodologies to identify and drive long-term improvements that support both business and environmental goals
  • Assist in all phases of sustainability project management, including data analysis (quantitative and qualitative), industry benchmarking, and risk identification to support innovation and compliance
  • Identify gaps in sustainable processes and contribute to implementation planning for greener operations
  • Support and help develop change management processes to increase adoption of sustainability practices across the supply chain
  • Collaborate with partners to provide creative solutions that optimize internal and external supply chain processes, policies, and tools—enabling cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and environmental responsibility

Demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a genuine passion for problem-solving—especially in sustainability—this individual brings excellent organizational and time management abilities. With a process-oriented approach and a continuous drive to simplify and improve sustainability initiatives, they effectively prioritize assignments and adapt to the demands of a dynamic environment. 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related graduate-level business program. 
  • Solid understanding and experience with project management or sustainability fundamentals and methodologies
