Eligibility Note: To qualify for a student (Co-op/Internship) opportunity, students must be enrolled in their academic studies at a post-secondary institution (university/college) and must be returning to school after completion of their work term with QuadReal. If you are a student registered in an official co-op program at your post-secondary institution and completion of a final work term is a mandatory component for you to graduate, you are eligible to apply with the understanding that you will leave QuadReal at the end of your work term or have the possibility to be considered for full-time opportunities.
We are actively looking for a Summer Analyst, International Real Estate Investments, to join our team in Summer 2026. This role is based in New York City and reports to the Associate, International Real Estate. This is a junior professional role, actively participating and supporting the Americas Team to develop and execute the Americas Real Estate Strategic Plan. The Summer Analyst will help to execute the strategic plan by engaging in analysis of the current investment portfolio, conducting detailed due diligence on investment programs, partners, and investments, and providing recommendations to senior team members to enhance the performance of the portfolio.

What You Will Experience:
Underwriting real estate investment opportunities in both asset and corporate level structures across all property-types.
Authoring and contributing to investment memoranda and supporting investment committee discussions.
Building and updating complex financial models to analyze new and existing investments.
Performing confirmatory due diligence for both asset and corporate level structures.
Monitoring and updating the investment pipeline.
Interpreting financial analysis results and identifying key investment merits and risks.
Supporting real estate portfolio management activities including evaluation of portfolio performance, regular investment monitoring calls, third-party meetings with partners and consultants, reviewing annual capital plans, and reviewing quarterly and annual valuations.
Keeping current on major political and economic events that impact real estate investments internationally.
What You Will Bring:
Education – Completing a university degree with a major in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or Economics.
Analytical – Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
Communication – Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Organization – Must be able to allocate time effectively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and change. Comfortable following direction but also contributing to the direction.
Software – Must have advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Argus Enterprise a plus.
Relationship – Must be extremely proactive and work well in a collaborative environment, with the ability to take guidance but then move projects forward independently.
Values – Embrace and pro-actively support QuadReal’s values and its culture of environmental sustainability and corporate and social responsibility.
Experience – Previous experience working with a real estate company (asset manager or developer), real estate brokerage or advisory firm, appraisal firm, or real estate lender is desirable. A strong interest in developing a career within real estate is essential.
