The Sales Administration Intern will assist in administering and coordinating promotion and sale of Oshkosh Corporation parts and products. This position will serve as the liaison between customers and the company in providing information concerning pricing, contracts, quality, product information, and other requests.
This role has a Spring 2026 start date.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Review detailed solicitation requirements to ensure compliance
- Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer quotations and specifications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze sales history to provide competitive and accurate pricing
- Provide technical assistance and customer service in determining part validity, pricing, and product information
- Requires support of and response to Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, as well as other internal departments to facilitate an organized, timely, and cost-effective delivery of parts.
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Other duties and project work as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field throughout the entire duration of the internship.
- Graduation date on or after May 2027
- This is a YEAR-ROUND opportunity. Individual must be willing to work full-time hours during summers and breaks, and part-time hours (around 20 hours per week) during the school year.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Individual must be a self-starter, flexible, highly organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to follow documented standard operating procedures
- Drive for continuous improvement
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
