What you get to do in this role:  

• As an Associate Product Security Engineer Intern on the ServiceNow Product Security Incident Response Team, you will be responsible for identifying security vulnerability insights and trends affecting the ServiceNow AI Platform.  
• In this role, you will interface with internal teams and indirectly with external security researchers to learn from and act on insights in reported vulnerabilities.  
• You will have the opportunity to execute a project that could influence where ServiceNow invests additional resources into proactive security remediation work.  
• A key part of this position is to learn and communicate about security issues that uniquely affect the ServiceNow AI Platform.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:  

• Current enrollment in a full-time bachelor's program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university. 
  • Graduating December 2026, or later. 
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about software security vulnerabilities and problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 
• Experience with applied data science.
• Developer level proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.  
• Ability to articulate complex issues to executives and non-technical audiences.  
• Requires authorization to work within the US after graduation. 
• Experience working with the ServiceNow AI Platform a plus.  
• OSWE certification a plus.  

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $49.66/hr, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
