What you will do

Intern - Technical Operations

This position reports into Process Science Lead Iberica and is based at Kenvue Madrid Alcala de Heneres.

Location: Kenvue Madrid Manufacturing facility, Alcala de Heneres

What you will do

The Intern Technical Operations is responsible for supporting Technical Operations functions at site, assisting with technical projects, and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of innovative solutions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop  with the Technical Operations team new technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative processes and tools
  • Contribute to the development of  documentation for the realization of the validation runs e.g., cleaning/process protocols & reports,.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to optimize performance and functionality
  • Support investigations into deviations during validation activities or routine production, assess and propose corrective actions.
  • Evaluate manufacturing instructions, specifications, and change controls.
  • Ensure that current regulatory requirements are met, within the scope of Technical Operations.
  • Perform and support raw material evaluation and qualification at site.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A degree, or pursuing a degree such as B Sc or similar degree where possible(Pharmacy, Chemical engineer, microbiology)

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Well organized, committed, flexible, and enjoys working with others in a factory environment.
  • Capacity to influence others without direct line authority.
  • Strong leadership skills and team spirit to collaborate with varied people at different levels.
  • Capacity to work in autonomy while handling multiple priorities.
