Internship Overview

As a Test Engineering Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies and advanced test systems. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to develop and execute test solutions for high-performance semiconductor products used in mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of automated test solutions using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
  • Operate and support mixed-signal and RF test equipment such as signal generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Analyze test data using statistical tools and contribute to technical reports and presentations.
  • Support the development of test fixtures, procedures, and documentation for new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship (required for defense-related projects).
  • Strong foundation in electronics, circuit analysis, and measurement techniques.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C, Python, or C#.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in aerospace and defense technologies and applications.
  • Exposure to test automation platforms such as NI LabVIEW, TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or Keysight OpenTAP.
  • Familiarity with RF/microwave and mixed-signal test equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to technical discussions and presentations.
