Overall Purpose Of the Role

As an intern in the People Development Function within Prysmian’s Transmission Division, you will support key HR processes related to Talent, Training, Performance Management, and Social Sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment, contributing to initiatives that shape the growth and engagement of our people.

Job Responsibilities

You will collaborate with the HR People Development team on the following activities:

  • Training & Development: Support the collection and analysis of training needs; Assist in designing tailored training programs in collaboration with Business Unit HR; Help manage the annual training plan and enrollments in Corporate Academy courses; Monitor training funded by Fondimpresa and handle related documentation; Coordinate training invitations and track feedback and effectiveness evaluations
  • Performance & Potential Evaluation: Support the full cycle of performance and potential evaluation processes; Organize training sessions and internal communications; Ensure accurate data management in the Workday system; Engagement & Communication
  • Assist in the implementation and follow-up of Engagement Survey action plans; Contribute to internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance across all the above processes

This internship lasts initial 6 months and may be extended for other 6 months

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields

Specialization or coursework in HR Management is a plus

Key Competences

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Solid digital skills and familiarity with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
