You will have the unique opportunity to work side by side with high calibre and experienced professionals and to learn about the Investment Banking industry by getting involved in the origination and execution of the most prominent Italian and cross-border transactions.Your daily responsibilities will include:Preparation of company profiles/teasersSupport in detailed valuation analysisMarket and industry analysisSupport in preparation of pitch-books, management presentations and other discussion materials for use in M&A / Financing transactions or strategic client dialogueSupport in due diligence phase on on-going M&A / Financing transactionsKeeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamicsQualifications, experience and competencies requiredGenuine interest in corporate finance with good commercial awarenessStrong analytical and numerical skillsGood computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsDiligent and committed to excellenceAttention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasksAmbitious, driven and capable of delivering results while working under tight deadlinesItalian native speaker
