As an intern in Package Physical Design you will support high-speed IO and power distribution network routing as well as define methodologies for the validation of Tenstorrent’s chiplet package designs.

This role is on-site, based out of Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Design package interconnects using Cadence APD.
Establish methodologies for connectivity verification (mentorship will be provided).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Silicon Architecture to PCB and System Integration.

Experience & Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Ability to break complex problems into small
Ability to deal with ambiguity and come up with creative solution
