Position Summary
The BD & Research Support Intern researches and gathers data on prospects and current clients, and ensures accurate information is entered and maintained in the CRM Database to support the regional business development process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct prospecting research
Assist the team with monthly reporting
Identify/update email addresses resulting from company webinars and email campaigns
Assist team members with targeted company information needed for research projects
Aid the marketing team and provide webinar support (pre, post, and during)
Assist with the creation of agreements, proposals, and process agreements
Complete other projects as assigned such as 10-k Annual Review, refreshing Major Presence States research, and Database Client Account update
Education and Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university (junior standing or below)
Strong internet research skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good verbal and written communication skills
