Apprenticeship

The Dialogue Marketing apprenticeship (m/f/d) lasts three years, alternating between vocational school and on-the-job training at Verisk Germany.
As a service provider, we’ll give you the opportunity to experience customer support in all its aspects. Based at our Saarwellingen location, you’ll gain insight into various departments and functions, and become an active part of our daily operations.

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring

• Completed secondary education
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of German, both spoken and written, with strong verbal skills

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Handling customer calls and appointment scheduling
• Acting as a contact person for field staff
• Managing correspondence and communications
• Processing and forwarding customer and vendor inquiries
• Managing digital mailboxes
• Creating and completing orders including invoicing
• Supporting and reviewing internal processes
• Maintaining data and records
• Processing complaints
• Providing support at the reception desk
