UI Software Engineer Intern

Summary

You are wondering how apps can preview documents on iOS or macOS? We are looking for an intern to explore new ideas in Quick Look. You will be developing new features in Swift / SwiftUI using Apple technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong interest in software development Familiar with iOS, macOS or any other Unix environment

Preferred Qualifications

Past experience using SwiftUI is a plus Knowledge in one or more Object Oriented Programming Languages

Description

The Preview team – in Paris – is seeking a Software Developer Intern. We are seeking a creative and highly motivated intern to explore new UI features related to previewing rich media such as Images, Videos or PDF. In this role you will be working closely with the software development team in Paris. It’s a good opportunity to learn about SwiftUI!

Responsibilities

THROUGH THIS INTERNSHIP YOU WILL: - Learn Apple’s API in Swift for both iOS and macOS - Experience with Apple’s development tools - Develop knowledge of data structures and algorithm - Prototype, implement and demo new ideas Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
