Our Business Areas

As an intern within the Derivative Solutions Group (DSG), you will contribute to supporting our European corporate and sponsor clients in identifying financial risks and implementing effective hedging strategies. The team specializes in the execution of Interest Rate Derivatives transactions, which are often linked to event-driven corporate deals or long-term infrastructure and project finance transactions.

You will gain exposure to the structuring and pricing of derivative solutions, assist in preparing client materials, and help ensure smooth post-trade processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of capital markets and corporate finance, developing both technical and client-facing skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What To Expect

Our 6 months Internship Programme starts with a comprehensive training programme designed to develop a sound understanding of our product lines, our clients & our business strategies. The candidate will be part of the EU Derivative Solutions Group (DSG) team and will work with the product specialists.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the following daily activities:

• Booking and pricing of interest rate derivatives
• Booking and pricing of XVA
• Assistance with trade execution
• Market monitoring and updates
• Presentation on specific trade ideas
• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks to improve workflow
