Sales Back Office Internship Opportunity
Location: Milan Headquarters
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Internship (with possibility of renewal)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Sales Back Office team.
What You’ll Do:
• Assist in managing customer orders:
• Create new customer profiles
• Process sales orders, ensuring correct VAT codes
• Release Good Deliveries in the SAP system
• Open tickets for invoicing and handle cancellations, credit/debit notes, and proforma invoices
• Support invoicing activities and coordinate with the Finance department
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Project Management, and Production

You’re the Right Fit If You Have:
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
• A degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Language skills: Italian and English (French is a plus)
