As a Business Analyst Intern you must be passionate and curious about technology and the desire to exceed. You will have a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your knowledge of software solutions. You will have a strong drive for excellence, excel in using creative approaches to solving complex problems, and possess an innovative mindset.

What You'll Do:

Work collaboratively and independently on agile software teams to create innovative software systems
Communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner
Drive user centered design process. Create wireframes, interview users, create process flow maps, and develop personas
Document user stories and acceptance criteria in a Scrum/Agile environment using Microsoft ADO, JIRA or Confluence
Understand relational databases to extract, summarize, and report data

What You'll Bring:

Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or AA certification in computer science, information technology, ag science, business analyst emphasis or related field
Ability to be comfortable with the unknown, ask questions, be inquisitive
Ability to dive in, position yourself for success by building relationships, learning quickly, and trying new things
Possess excellent requirements gathering and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
A confident speaker; able to articulate messages well in small to medium size groups
Ability to handle conflicts and approach negotiations in a diplomatic but confident manner
Experience prioritizing and breaking down complex requests into small chunk
Knowledge of plant breeding/ag industry encouraged
