A Year Round intern in the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) department will have an opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the financial sector, while assisting us in providing the high-quality support our members deserve. To be eligible for this position, the candidate must be enrolled in an accredited university and willing to learn and combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience while developing their professional skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams for communication, meetings, and project coordination is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing shared documents and workflows within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support users in Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 tools

Desired:

  • Must be entering Sophomore or Junior year
  • Experience with troubleshooting and/or telephony
  • Knowledge of Security Frameworks to assist with Vulnerability remediation
  • Introductory level knowledge of cloud technology
  • Performs work supporting the Voice Infrastructure team - duties may vary depending on assignment
  • Applies knowledge gained from the degree program in day-to-day duties/responsibilities
  • May receive guidance and direction from management and/or senior-level staff
  • Leverage technical knowledge and skill.
  • Works within established standards, change control, policies, and procedures
  • Provides exceptional customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
