Part-time, guaranteed hours contract: approx. 5 hours per week

The Opportunity:

The Business School’s Student Development Team is committed to helping you maximise your potential in a global market. Our goal is to develop self-aware graduates who recognise their strengths, embrace challenges, and make informed career decisions. In partnership with Santander, we are offering 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students practical experience to support your career and professional development through internships. 

As an intern, you will engage with Professional Services teams, contribute to ongoing projects, and participate in events and workshops that support student development. Each intern will receive dedicated support from an intern host, focusing on internship tasks, while the Student Development Team will assist in your professional and career growth. This initiative is designed to enhance your core administrative skills and office experience, preparing you for future career opportunities.

This internship scheme is open to 3rd and 4th year undergraduate Business School students only.

  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, with a pro-active and positive approach when interacting with stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to plan, prioritise, manage own time and work on own initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Able to communicate confidently to a range of stakeholders
