The Disney Cruise Line Shore Side Operations Internship is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences business (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions).

Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027.

Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026.

The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL. 

What You Will Do

As a Disney Signature Experiences operations intern, you will support the team with current projects providing excellent guest service. On any given day you might:

  • Work on a project that impacts the business
  • Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
  • Problem-solving and collaboration
  • Focus on operations related work

Required Qualifications & Skills

Please apply if you have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Effectively able to meet project deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management experience or equivalent
  • Passion for the Disney brand
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Digital experience working in a web-based environment for content management and review-digital handbook work
  • Inventory Management experience or equivalent

Education:

  • Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
  • Previous hospitality experience (theme park, restaurant, retail, resort/hotel, schoolwork)

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below: 

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship  
  • Be at least 18 years of age  
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization  
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program

Additional Information 

  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Must be fully available for the duration of the internship 
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work​
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program​ in the Orlando, FL area

The pay rate for this role in Celebration, FL is $22.50 per hour.
