The Role: Senior Analyst, Market Research & Insights

As a highly-driven Senior Analyst, you will be a cornerstone of our team, applying rigorous research methodologies to diverse and compelling projects. You will play a pivotal role throughout the entire research lifecycle, from initial design and in-depth analysis to the creation of compelling reports.

This position requires a deep understanding of experience management platforms like Qualtrics, acting a subject matter expert and providing critical support to our Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives. To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and an "AI-first" mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic research design: Contribute to the design of various research studies, including providing input on questionnaire development and sampling specifications.
  • Seamless research execution:  Lead the end-to-end execution of research projects, within the Qualtrics platform, including survey programming, validation, deployment, and data collection monitoring.
  • In-depth data analysis: Conduct comprehensive quantitative (statistical) and qualitative (text) data analysis using tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel.
  • Compelling insights & reporting: Develop clear, concise, and visually engaging research reports and infographic-style summaries that transform complex data into actionable recommendation.
  • Pioneering with AI: Proactively explore and leverage Generative and/or Agentic AI to enhance research quality while applying your professional judgment to validate and refine AI-generated outputs.
  • Insightful dashboard creation: Design and manage intuitive and visually appealing dashboards in Qualtrics to provide stakeholders with real-time access to key performance indicators.
  • Platform expertise & support: Serve as the platform administrator and primary subject matter expert for Qualtrics, providing and coordinating technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal partners.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of hands-on market research experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-generated insights and apply sound professional judgment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear and compelling reports and presentations for various audiences.
  • Experience with Voice of the Customer (VOC) research is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with a knack for storytelling with data.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
