State Street’s Systematic Equity Investment Team manages over $3 trillion of the firm’s $5+ trillion in assets under management. The team oversees a diverse range of strategies including Indexed Equity, Smart Beta, and Active Quantitative Equity.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join the Client Portfolio Management (CPM) Team within Systematic Equity. The CPM team serves as subject matter experts and the primary client-facing representatives of the investment team, supporting client meetings, new business opportunities, and the development of messaging, collateral, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of client-facing materials and investment collateral

• Support business analytics and reporting efforts

• Respond to ad hoc requests from distribution and relationship management teams

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and strategic messaging

• Collaborate with investment professionals across the team to gain exposure to systematic equity strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Interest in asset management and quantitative finance.

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
