About this Opportunity

Inmar’s Summer Internship Program offers a dynamic and enriching experience designed to give students real-world exposure to a professional environment while contributing meaningfully to company initiatives. Interns will split their time between a high-impact cross-functional team project and department-specific responsibilities assigned by their direct manager.


The Corporate Operations Intern will support Inmar’s Corporate Operations team, with exposure to procurement and supplier compliance programs. This is a paid summer internship designed for high-potential students seeking to apply their academic learning to real-world business challenges. Interns will be given a combination of project-based work and day-to-day operational tasks, contributing meaningfully to the company’s operational excellence and supplier engagement goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Support procurement processes including vendor evaluation, contract management, supplier onboarding, and administrative tasks such as documentation and database updates.

  • Assist with research and benchmarking related to supplier engagement and procurement trends.

  • Contribute to the development of supplier engagement strategies and prepare summary reports or presentations to inform leadership decision-making.

  • Collect and analyze supplier data for certifications and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in procurement systems.

  • Participate in developing tools and dashboards for internal reporting and stakeholder engagement.

  • Support internal audits of procurement processes and provide documentation as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to supply chain transparency and supplier engagement.

Your Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in procurement, supplier engagement, and compliance.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy when handling data.

  • Demonstrated analytical curiosity and eagerness to learn.

  • Comfortable learning new tools and adjusting to evolving priorities.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work with data and ask insightful questions.

  • Works well with peers and managers, open to collaboration and feedback.

  • Reliable, responsible, and acts with integrity and discretion.
