Wisk’s internship experience is a 12 week, hands-on program. Our goal for our internship program is to see what it’s like to be a full time Wisk employee and complete meaningful work.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer Intern to join our team for summer 2025. The goal of a Cybersecurity Engineer Intern at Wisk is to ensure that aircraft and ground infrastructure designs are thoroughly analyzed for compliance with cybersecurity objectives. You will be part of the RAMS Engineering team that collaborates as part of integrated product teams to develop acceptably secure designs for aircraft and ground infrastructure systems and equipment. 

Responsibilities:

• As part of the RAMS Engineering organization, you will act as a Cybersecurity Engineer Intern for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market

• You will take part in cybersecurity analyses to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and evaluate the effectiveness of controls and mitigations.

• You will help support problem solving activities by learning about cybersecurity assessments per guidelines provided in SRTCA DO-326,  DO-355, and DO-356.

Requirements:

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters or PhD degree in a technical/engineering field.

• Basic software skills, technical curiosity, dedication, and proactiveness are good attributes for success in this role.

Pay Rate for this internship opportunity is up to $30 per hour
