Department Overview
Remote monitoring control center (RMCC) is responsible for monitoring, optimizing and supporting field services for entire fleet of over 30,000 fuel cells deployed worldwide.
Position Responsibilities
- Support data and alarm analysis on our functioning energy servers
- Evaluate and implement appropriate automated, scalable tools and processes.
- Work cross-functionally with controls engineers, RMCC engineers and operators, and Product Support to analyze, understand, and utilize the company’s complex and growing data to solve problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027
Desired Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills and experience performing statistical analysis.
- Experience with algorithm development and implementation (Python desired)
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Hadoop and REST APIs
- Working with open source databases and tools
- Strong communication skills
