International Tax Internship
Cloudera is looking for a talented, motivated, and passionate Business and Finance Intern, to work with the International & US Tax Team on the overall tax compliance and planning for the group’s international subsidiaries in EMEA, APAC and LATAM Regions.You will also have the opportunity to participate with your fellow interns on team events and fundraising initiatives - it's not all work!

As an International Tax Intern you will:
● Assist in the review of the corporate tax returns and advance tax payments for
the group’s international subsidiaries across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.
● Work closely with the GL international team to assist with the review and
approval of the relevant tax notes included in the Financial Statements of the
group’s international subsidiaries.
● Manage and co-ordinate the various Transfer Pricing and Country by Country
Report filings and requirements of the Cloudera Group across the globe.
● Work with our external Transfer Pricing providers to provide the necessary
data in relation to the Transfer Pricing document requirements across the
group and manage the preparation of the relevant documentation within
specified deadlines.
● Engage and work with the AR and Sales team regarding ongoing Withholding
Tax Issues and prepare the necessary documentation required in country to
avail of the correct rate
● Assist with quarter-end closing process for the tax team in relation to the
group’s international subsidiaries across APAC, EMEA and LATAM.
● Perform any other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned on an as-needed basis.
● Follow and comply with all company standards and relevant compliance
requirements.
● Assist the tax team in planning and ensuring compliance with new and
upcoming international tax legislation for e.g. Pillar II and Public CbCR.
● Assist and work closely with the International GL team regarding ongoing tax
audits internationally.

● A foundation in accounting, with an interest in developments in international tax
● Are pursuing a third level/bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or a related field.
● Ability to multi-task, be agile, and work well in a dynamic environment.
● Team player with strong communication, customer service, organizational skills,
and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to meet deadlines, and to efficiently interact with various groups across the
company as well as outside of the company.
● Intermediate Excel skills.
● Ability to perform within a hybrid working model, which incorporates a mixture of iin-office and remote work.
