What will you do?

• Help bring Accor’s CSR strategy to life across hotels in Europe & North Africa
• Support project launches and key meetings: collect data, build presentations, and help animate the community
• Be a go-to support for hotels and share best practices within the network
• Contribute to exciting CSR projects like the Sustainability Awards – track progress, engage stakeholders, and drive results
• Help raise awareness with internal campaigns: write newsletters, organize webinars, and create content for our intranet

Qualifications

We’d love to meet someone who:

• Master’s degree or specialization in CSR, Communications, Tourism, or a related field
• Cares deeply about sustainability and is looking for a way to turn values into action
• Is open-minded, collaborative, and enjoys working in diverse teams (our team is proudly international!)
• Likes to take initiative, is organized, and wants to contribute ideas
• Is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
• Speaks English and French fluently (bonus if you know Spanish or German)
