What You'll Do:

We are looking for an involved and energetic Intern to join Criteo and support our Local People Operations France Team.
You will work within the People Operations team based in Barcelona. The People Operations Intern will be providing first-line HR support to a group of employees and managers based in France.
Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas, with a focus on essential HR administrative tasks.
 

What you will do?

Support the team regarding the management of the onboarding process for new hires across Criteo offices in France:
- Preparation of employment contracts and management of employees files.
- Update HR data within our HR system.
Management of day-to-day human resources matters, such as :
- Some type of Leaves (Annual Leave, Sick Leave)

- Preparation of letters and certificates for employees
- Questions and management of benefit enrolments.
- Follow-up and scheduling of occupational medical exams.
Cases management through our ticketing tool.
- Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation using our ticketing tool.
Work in true partnership with other People Operations colleagues, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT/Workplace.
Drive consistency and efficiency for core People-related processes.
Review of database policies. Continuous improvement of articles in our knowledge base.

Who You Are:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Strong organization skills and adaptability
Attention to detail
High level of English, French mandatory (management of employment contracts for our new hires in the Paris office).
Team player
Good communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
A self-starter, ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Bachelor's degree or higher
